Small but versatile. That is the 20-Ton Launch in a nutshell. This at scale 20 metres in length vessel is used for a wide range of missions in the Traveller universe, such as shuttling passengers, cargo, or acting as a lifeboat. Sure, the Launch is a bit on the slow side but it is cheap and consequently you’ll find it almost everywhere.

Cockpit
Airlock
Fresher (WC)
A cargo bay with both a main cargo area as well as an underfloor cargo area. The main cargo area can fit a passenger cabin.
A small engineering room where the powerplant and manoeuvre drive is situated
Removable landing gear
Designed for FDM 3D printing at 0.2 – 0.1 mm layer height
Assembles without glue using a combination of OpenLOCK clips and our own new clip system
Each of our craft prints support free (supports where used are for added stability for fast printers with input shaping)
Optional channels for 4.5mm metal support rods
3MF build plates are provided for quick prints
Support to install a coin cell battery with a 5mm LED lamp for engine lights

The Passenger Cabin
Maybe you’re not in the cargo business but in taking people to their destinations? Don’t fret, the Launch has a cabin especially made and it is designed to make it easy to rebuild your Launch into a passenger shuttle.
The Launch is fully released, printable and has assembly instructions at the ready.
